Pet Taxi is an exclusive service offered by Catari Cat Hotel to transport our feline guests to and from our facilities. Our door-to-door service allows you to relax and prepare for your holiday.
How to Make a Booking
Simply call us to book a Pet Taxi and we'll take care of the rest.
Ideally bookings should be made at the time of making your boarding reservation to guarantee a Pet Taxi will be available on the day(s) you require. Fees will be added to the general reservation and booking invoice.
Please ensure your cat is ready on time and already placed in a secure cat carrier. Our driver will be happy to help you with the necessary paperwork at pick-up and drop-off.
Kindly share the location with us, and we'll be able to provide you with a quote accordingly.

Saturday to Thursday: 6:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: No service
Delivery
Saturday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: No service
Collections and deliveries after 4:30 pm may be available upon request for an additional charge.
